Chief 360 Messaging Opt In

As a first responder, your department will ask you if you would like to receive text messages for emergency notifications and also non-emergency notifications. You may opt-in for certain types of notifications by text message and phone calls at anytime through your agency administrator.

In addition, you may also reply to any of the text messages you receive from Chief 360 with the word STOP and the messages will stop.

Below is a sample exchange you will have with your agency administrator:

Agency Administrator: “Along with push notifications from Chief Mobile, you may also receive those same notifications as a text message for the emergency incidents created by the dispatch center and non-emergency messages. If you’re interested, say YES, and I’ll send a confirmation text.”

First Responder: “Yes, sure.”

Agency Administrator:  “Great! We will send you a confirmation text shortly to confirm your enrollment. You may Opt-Out at anytime by contacting your agency administrator or simply replying to any of the messages with the word STOP”
