Chief 360 is seeking motivated, part-time Regional Sales Representatives to support our growing footprint in the Fire, EMS, and Law Enforcement markets. This role is ideal for current first responders, those nearing retirement, or recently retired professionals who want to stay connected to the public safety community while earning additional income.
Position Overview
Regional Sales Representatives serve as a key point of contact for agencies interested in Chief 360’s products and services. You will guide prospective clients through the sales process—from initial inquiry to onboarding—while building strong relationships within your assigned territory.
This position offers flexibility, meaningful engagement with the public safety community, and the opportunity to represent a platform built by and for first responders.
Key Responsibilities
• Host and conduct virtual discovery calls with prospective agencies
• Represent Chief 360 at regional and state public safety conferences and events
• Manage and maintain an organized sales pipeline
• Oversee the full sales process, from initial inquiry through client onboarding
• Collaborate with the Chief 360 team to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Build and maintain relationships with fire, EMS, and law enforcement agencies
• Identify new sales opportunities within your assigned region
Qualifications
• Prior Fire, EMS, or Law Enforcement experience required
• Sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable hosting virtual meetings and using CRM tools
• Professional, organized, and self-motivated
• Ability to travel to regional conferences and events
Preferred (Not Required)
• Current or prior user of Chief 360 products
• Experience with public safety software, CAD, or station alerting systems
• Existing regional public safety network
